Launching Building Systems & Better Life
An introduction to BBACK's blog, its direction, and the topics it will cover.
Korean version: Building Systems & Better Life 블로그 운영을 시작하며
This blog started as a place to collect more than just posts. I wanted it to become an archive of things I have actually learned, built, improved, and found worth sharing over time.
There is no shortage of information on the internet. What is often missing, however, is context: why something matters, who it helps, where it works well, and where it does not. I wanted to keep writing pieces that are useful both to others and to my future self.
That is the direction of this blog.
What this blog is about
The main topics I plan to cover include:
- backend engineering
- system design
- performance tuning
- study notes and technical learning logs
- resume / career-related writing
- reviews of tools, services, and gear
- recommendation posts based on real usage context
Why I am writing
I want this blog to serve a few purposes at the same time:
- make what I learn easier to revisit later
- help others solve similar problems faster
- accumulate my own standards and thinking in a transparent way
- share useful tools and products without turning posts into obvious ads
Writing principles
This blog tries to stay practical.
- write around real search intent
- answer the question early
- include not only strengths, but also limitations and trade-offs
- prefer useful context over exaggerated claims
- disclose affiliate links clearly when they are included
What I hope this becomes
Ideally, this blog becomes three things at once:
- a fast answer for someone who searched for a specific problem
- a useful reference point for someone making a decision
- a long-term archive of my own learning and work
I am planning to build it slowly, but consistently.
